摘 要:为了对排种器性能可靠性进行分析,针对电容传感器对排种监测的可行性进行分析,对基于电容传感器的排种监测系统进行深入的研究。对相邻两粒种子的下落速度与时间进行分析与计算,确定了电容传感器在导种管上的装配位置。根据导种管的结构确定了3种电容传感器的结构,分别为极板对置式、E型极板式与三极板差动式电容传感器。最终,通过试验与数据分析选择了E型极板式电容传感器作为排种监测系统的传感器类型。同时,设计了以单片机MSP430F169、电容-数字转换芯片AD7151作为核心的微小电容检测电路。通过对于检测电容值的比较与分析,可以对排种器工作中种箱排空、种管阻塞、漏播、覆播、正常播种进行实时监测,从而更好地改进排种器与导种管的结构,使播种机工作效率大大增加。In order to for metering device performance reliability is analyzed, through the capacitance sensor for monito- ring device of feasibility analysis, for the row of kind of monitoring system based on capacitance sensor in-depth re- search. For the whereabouts of adjacent two seed rate and time are analyzed and calculated, determine the capacitance sensor on the guide of pipe assembly position. According to the guide of pipe structure determine the structure of the three kinds of capacitive sensor, respectively, plate of type, E type pole plate and three plate differential capacitive sen- sors. Finally through the test and data analysis to choose the type E pole plate capacitance sensors as row of kind of types of sensor monitoring system. Small capacitance detection circuit is designed with single- chip microcomputer MSP430F169, capacitance AD7151 - digital conversion chip as the core of small capacitance detection circuit. Through the comparison and analysis of the detection capacitance value, can work for metering device in the tank emptying, leak- age of pipe obstruction, sowing, sowing, normal sowing for real-time monitoring, so as to improve the structure of the metering device and the guide of pipe, makes the machine work efficiency greatly increased.
