摘  要:针对玉米等高秆作物管理机械化需求,并结合国内中小地块特点,设计了本四轮转向高架作业车。对该田间作业车转向部分进行了较为详述的论述,分别从转弯半径、转弯时所受阻力及转向机构设计等方面进行了分析,并对所设计的转向机构进行了力学分析,得出了转向时的推力计算公式。同时,结合ADAMS动力学仿真软件,以液压缸提供推力最小为目标,对转向液压缸缸体的安装位置进行了优化设计,得出了较佳的安装位置。该研究可对四轮独立转向高架作业车转向机构的设计和分析提供一定的理论参考。According to the requirement of corn and the others high lever crop management mechanization and the charac- teristics of small and medium plots at home, the four wheel steering overhead working vehicle is designed. The steering part of the field working vehicle in this paper have a more detailed discussion, respectively from the turning radius, turn- ing force and steering mechanism design analyzed. In the text also built the steering thrust calculation formula through the mechanical analysis for the designed steering mechanism. At the same time, combined with the dynamic simulation soft- ware ADAMS, as the target of the hydraulic cylinder thrust minimum, optimizing steering hydraulic cylinder fixed posi- tion. Finally gets the better installation location, and provides a theoretical basis for the design and analysis of the steer- ing mechanism of four wheel independent steering field elevated vehicle.
