摘  要:近年来,尤其是马铃薯主粮化战略提出以后,马铃薯已成为一种广泛种植的粮食作物和经济作物。为此,针对人工收获马铃薯存在的劳动强度大、效率低下、收获成本高等问题,综合考虑新疆马铃薯种植特点及现有马铃薯收获技术,设计研制了一种马铃薯收获机。该机主要由挖掘装置、输送分离装置、集条装置及传动机构等组成,能够一次完成马铃薯的挖掘、输送分离、集条等作业,具有结构简单、性能稳定、工作可靠等特点。田间性能试验结果表明:该机作业速度2.8~4.5km/h,生产率0.25~0.6hm2/h,明薯率≥9 5%,挖净率≥9 8%,破损率<3%。In recent years,the potato has been a kind of food crops and cash crops widely cultivated especially after the proposed strategy of potato staple food. In this paper,according to the problem with manual harvesting,labor-intensive,low efficiency and high cost of harvesting and so on,considering the characteristics of potato growing in Xinjiang and potato harvesting technology,a potato harvesting machine was designed and developed which consists of digging device,conveying and separating device,collection device and transmission and other components,it can complete the digging,conveying,separation and other operations and also have a simple structure,stable performance and working reliability.The results showed that:0. 8-1. 3m/s of working speed,0. 25-0. 6 hm2/h of productivity,not less than 95% of clear potato rate,not less than 98% of net dig rate,less than 3% of breakage rate.
