《黄帝内经》方剂理论体系框架基本要素探析

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》是现存最早为方剂命名的中医学著作,其所载13首方剂及方剂相关理论内容,已初步显现出方剂理论体系框架的基本要素。文章基于《黄帝内经》原文,将其所具备的方剂理论框架基本要素总结归纳为治则与治法、辨证方法、组方结构、配伍原则、制方形式和方剂用法6方面,并进行分析探讨,认为《黄帝内经》已蕴含了方剂学理论体系之萌芽,为后世构建系统而完整的方剂学理论体系奠定了基础。Huangdi Neijing is the earliest extant works of traditional Chinese medicine for the naming of prescription, which contained 13 prescriptions and theory of prescription. It has shown the basic elements of the theoretical system of prescription. Based on the original text of Huangdi Neifing, this paper summarizes the basic elements of the theoretical system of prescription in it, including principles and methods of treatment, methods of syndrome - differentiation, prescription structure, principle of compat- ibility, prescription formulating and prescription usage. We consider that it already contains the bud of the theoretical system of prescription, which lays the foundation for the later construction of the system and complete theory system of the prescription.
