摘　　要：随着我国教育改革的深入及人才培养机制进一步完善,我国高校人才培育方式、渠道更趋多样化。面对大学生就业难的现状,依托行业协会,政府、行业组织、学校、企业、社会应共同承担起人才的培养任务、构建人才共育体系、培养更多的适合社会发展需要的多元化人才。With the deepening of China＇ s education reform and the further improvement of personnel training mechanism, the methods and pathes of talent cultivation in China are becoming more diversified. Facing the status of college students＇ employment, in- dustry associations, governments, industry organizations, schools, enterprises and society should jointly undertake the mission of per- sonnel training, construction of a talent co - education system, and cultivation of more diversified talents.
