摘　　要：大学生是国家的未来希望,非智力因素对其成长发展具有重要的作用。借鉴社会科学的理论与方法,深入解构非智力因素因子要素和因子结构体系,探索其对大学生成长发展的作用与规律。通过研究发现:品质因素是基础要素,具有定向与引导作用;情感因素是感化要素,具有调节与补偿作用;动力因素是催化要素,具有动力与控制作用;个性因素是创造要素,具有激励与强化作用。College students are the future hope of China. Non - intellectual factors play an important role in their development. Based on the theory and method of social science, the factors of non - intelligence factor and factor structure are deeply deconstructed, and the function and rules of the development of college students are explored. It is found that the quality factor is the basic factor, which has the orientation and guiding effect. Emotional factors are the influence factors and have the function of adjusting and compen- sating. The dynamic factor is the catalytic element, which has the power and controlling function. The personality factor, as the creation factor, has the stimulation and the reinforcement affect.
