摘 要:采用McGurk效应研究范式,探究自闭症谱系障碍儿童和普通儿童在纯听、视听一致和视听不一致言语刺激模式下的言语知觉特征。结果:(1)自闭症谱系障碍儿童在纯听及视听一致刺激模式下的言语辨识成绩显著低于普通儿童;(2)两类儿童言语知觉过程中的视听整合能力差异不显著。结论:自闭症谱系障碍儿童的言语知觉能力存在缺陷,这种缺陷不是由其言语知觉过程中的视听整合能力不足所导致,而可能与其听觉性言语知觉能力不足有紧密联系。This study, based on McGurk Effect, aims to explore the features of speech perception by children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) by comparing them with typically developing children under auditory-only, audiovisual-congruent and audiovisual-incongruent speech stimulation modes. The results show the following: (1) The children with ASD scored significantly lower in speech cognition than the typically-developing children under the auditory-only and audiovisual-congruent stimulation modes; and (2) the two groups of children showed no significant difference in audiovisual integration. The study concludes that children with ASD have defects in speech perception, which do not result from their insufficient ability in audiovisual integration, but are likely to be closely connected with their lack of perceptual ability in auditory speech.
