摘 要:目的 :观察由纳豆和补气活血方药对气虚血瘀证大鼠表征和不同部位组织血流量的影响。方法 :通过饥饿+低温力竭游泳的方法复制大鼠气虚血瘀模型,将70只SPF级Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组,气虚血瘀模型组,阳性药组(14.0 g/kg),纳豆组(1.875 g/kg),纳豆+补气活血方药高、中、低剂量组[(1.875+12.5)、(1.875+6.25)、(1.875+3.175)g/kg],每组10只,空白组和模型组给予生理盐水灌胃,阳性药组给予补养还五汤,纳豆+补气活血方药高、中、低剂量组给予相应剂量纳豆+补气活血方药,纳豆组给予纳豆冲剂灌胃,除空白组外,其余各组边造模边给药,连续60 d后,分别根据拟定的标准对各组大鼠表征进行观察评分,将大鼠麻醉后,用激光多普勒血流仪测定大鼠不同组织部位血流量变化情况,之后取材备用。结果 :与空白组比较,模型组大鼠表征舌质由淡红转化为黯紫,精神状态不佳,便溏,毛发枯黄,易脱落,尾部和肾部的组织血流量显著下降(P〈0.01),但肝部血流量显著升高(P〈0.01)。给药后,纳豆+补气活血方药高、中剂量能显著改善大鼠精神不佳、舌质黯紫等表征(P〈0.05),纳豆组、纳豆+补气活血方药高、中、低剂量组对可以显著升高尾部、肾部血流量(P〈0.01),纳豆组、纳豆+补气活血方药高、低剂量组可以显著降低肝部血流量(P〈0.01)。结论 :纳豆+补气活血方药可以有效改善气虚血瘀证大鼠各部位组织血流量的异常,提示其能对气虚血瘀证大鼠有补气活血功效,纳豆对肝脏起到一定的保护作用。Objective :To observe the effect of Natto+ invigorating Qi and activating blood prescription(BQHXF)on the model and tissue blood flow of rats with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods :Rat models of Qi deficiency and blood stasis was reproduced by starvation and low temperature exhaustive swimming,70 SPF Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,blood stasis model group,positive drug group(14 g/kg),Natto group(1.875 g/kg),Natto + BQHXF high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group [(1.875+12.5),(1.875+6.25),(1.875+3.175)g/kg],10 rats in each group,control group and model group were given saline,positive drug group was given Buyang HuanwuDecoction. Natto + BQHXF high,medium and low dose group were treated with the appropriate dose of Natto+BQHXF,Natto group was given intragastric administration of Natto granules,except the control group,the other groups were administrated with model preparation at the same time,after continuous 60 d,and the rats were observed and scored according to the established criteria,the rats were anesthetized,determination of organ blood flow changes of different tissues of rats by laser Doppler flowmetry,after the material reserve. Results :Compared with the control group,the characterization of tongue model rats turned light into dark purple,poor mental state,loose stool,yellow hair,easy to fall off,the tail and kidney tissue blood flow decreased significantly(P〈0.01),but the liver blood flow increased significantly(P〈0.01). After administration,Natto+ BQHXF high and medium doses can significantly improve the mental and tongue dark purple(P〈0.05). Natto,Natto + BQHXF high,medium and low dose group could significantly increase the tail and renal blood flow(P〈0.01). Natto group,Natto + BQHXF high and low dose group can significantly lower the blood flow of the liver(P〈0.01). Conclusion :Natto + BQHXF can significantly improve the characterization and tissue blood flow of Qi deficie
