试系统论张锡纯脾胃观

摘　　要：张锡纯学贯中西,学验俱丰,是近代著名的中医大家。后世对其著作研究诸多,著述甚繁,然而多从张锡纯的大气论入手,对其脾胃观鲜有系统论述。张锡纯重脾胃的思想散见于其著作中,少有直接论述,正是因为这一＂隐而散＂的特点,在总结论述时颇有难度。该文试从脾胃为大气生化之源、脾胃为升降出入之枢和脾胃病治疗特点三大方面对张锡纯的脾胃观进行论述,紧扣＂动态＂二字,旨在尝试构建其脾胃观,丰富对张锡纯学术思想的研究。ZHANG Xichun is a famous traditional Chinese medical scientist in modern times who have a thorough knowledge of both western and traditional Chinese medicine,and rich experience. Most of his works have been studied by later generations,but the concept of spleen and stomach is seldom discussed systematically. His idea focusing on spleen and stomach is scattered in his writings with little direct discussion. It is quite difficult to conclude and expound because of the ＂inconspicuous and scattering＂character. This thesis tries to discuss the concept of spleen and stomach by ZHANG Xichun from the three aspects including spleen and stomach are the source of all things on earth,the pivot of ascending and descending,and the characteristics of the treatment of spleen and stomach disease. In close combination with＂dynamic state＂,this thesis aims to construct the concept of spleen and stomach so as to enrich the study of ZHANG Xichun＇s academic ideology.
