摘  要:以天津地铁5号线张兴庄站—志成路站盾构区间施工为背景,基于冷冻地层盾构钢护筒接收施工工况,研究了不同配合比砂浆在常温和负温养护条件下的单轴抗压强度,获得能够在规定时间内达到预定强度的惰性砂浆不同配合比,保证了负温条件下砂浆强度满足盾构接收的要求。Taking Tianjin Metro Line 5, Zhangxingzhuang station to Zhicheng road station shield construction as the background, based on the frozen strata shield steel liners to receive the construction condition, different mixture mortar were studied at normal temperature and negative temperature curing under the condition of uniaxial compressive strength, which can get in time to the expected different proportion of inert mortar strength, to ensure the mortar strength under the condition of negative temperature meet the requirements of shield to receive.
