2016年青岛市某医院脑卒中患者危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解青岛市某医院2016年脑卒中住院患者的临床特征及其危险因素,为做好脑卒中防治工作提供科学依据。方法收集整理2016年脑卒中住院患者1302例,统计其临床特征,并分析危险因素。结果 1302例脑卒中患者中,男性685例,占52.61%,女性617例,占47.39%,男女之比为1.11:1.00;脑卒中发病年龄段集中在60~79岁,共757例,占58.15%;男女在50岁后发病骤增,60岁后达高峰;脑卒中临床分类中,脑梗死最多,1001例,占76.89%;发病季节以冬季为主(11、12、1月)395例,占30.34%;脑卒中危险因素中,高血压病最多992例,其次是吸烟438例和糖尿病400例。结论脑卒中防治重点应关注50岁以上群体;根据脑卒中危险因素,采取综合干预措施,血压管理和控烟应放在首位。Objectives To analyze the clinical characteristics and risk factors of patients with stroke in a hospital of Qingdao city in 2016 and provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of stroke. Methods To collect and summarize 1302 cases of patients with stroke in 2016 and the clinical characteristics and the risk factors were analyzed statistically. Results Among the 1302 patients with stroke, 52.61% of the patients were male, 47.39% were female, and the ratio of male t6 female was 1.11 ： 1.00. The age of onset of stroke was concentrated between 60 and 79 years old, with 757 cases accounting for 58.15%. The age of onset of patients with stroke was increasing remarkably after 50 years old in male and female and reached the peak after 60 yea^s old. About stroke classification, the ratio of cerebral infarction was the highest, the number is 1001, accounting for 76.89%. The Onset peak was mainly at winter （November, December and January） in 395 cases, accounting fo.r 30.34%. Among the risk factors of stroke, there were 992 cases of hypertension and 438 cases of smokers and 400 cases of diabetes. Conclusions The focus on the prevention and treatment＂ of stroke should be concerned about the population aged over 50 years old. According to the risk factors of stroke, we should pay special attention for the management of blood pressure and cease smoking should be put in the first of all.
