摘 要:目的探讨营养健康教育对提升小学生营养知识和改善饮食行为的作用,为制定有效的营养干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,对上海市浦东新区4所民工小学的720名小学生营养知识和饮食行为进行基线调查。随机选择其中的2所学校作为干预组,开展为期6个月的营养健康教育,具体包括营养与专题讲座、营养知识征文、制作宣传册,另外2所学校作为对照组,不做任何干预,教育后对干预效果进行评价。结果干预组学生对营养健康知识的总体知晓率由干预前的17.6%提高到干预后的83.3%(χ~2=273.568,P<0.01),对营养健康的积极态度率由干预前的85.2%增加到干预后的99.1%(χ~2=49.677,P<0.01),健康饮食行为总体形成率由干预前的60.7%增加到干预后的76.4%(χ~2=16.826,P<0.05);对照组学生干预前后营养知识的总体知晓率、积极态度率、健康饮食行为总体形成率差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论营养健康教育可有效提高民工小学学生的营养知识水平,改善饮食行为,促进学生健康成长。Objective To explore the effectiveness of nutritional education on improvement of nutritional knowledge and dietary behaviors among primary students in Pudong New Area. Methods The baseline survey on nutrition-related knowledge and dietary behaviors was conducted among 720 pupils selected by random cluster sampling from 4 primary schools for migrant workers' children in Pudong New Area. The respondents were divided into intervention group and control group. Nutritional intervention were carried out to the intervention group for six months. Nutritional knowledge,dietary attitude and practice of both groups were compared before and after intervention. Results After intervention,the overall awareness rate of nutritional knowledge and dietary behaviors in intervention group increased from 17.6% to 83.3%( P〈0.01),and the percentage of students having a positive dietary attitude increased from 85.2% to 99.1%( P〈 0.01),as well as the proportion of healthy eating behavior increased from 60. 7% to76.4%( P〈0.05). However,there was no statistically differences in control group( P〉 0. 05). Conclusion Nutritional education can significantly enhance nutritional knowledge,improve dietary behavior and promote healthy growth of students in migrant workers schools.
