摘  要:为优化和改善某重型汽车驱动中桥主减速器的润滑系统,在原有壳体基础上提出增加油勺和油道等部件的优化方案;运用移动粒子半隐式法(MPS)分析该优化方案的润滑效果;以一级柱齿轮和二级锥齿轮为研究对象,选取高速和低速2种典型工况,得到润滑油液的飞溅状态和速度分布。结果表明:2种工况下润滑油都能通过油勺和油道浸入到轴承和差速器等相关部件,润滑效果得到了改善,从而验证了优化方案的可行性。将移动粒子半隐式法(MPS)成功地运用到减速器润滑分析之中,为润滑系统的分析提供了一种新方法。In order to optimize and improve the lubrication system of cle, an optimization solution which adds oil spoon and track in original middle drive axle main reducer for one heavy vehi- gearbox shell was presented.The Moving Particle Semi-implicit (MPS) mesh-free particle method was used to analyze the lubrication effects of this optimization solution. With the spur and bevel gear as research objects, the splashing and velocity distribution of lubricating oil under two typical conditions of high speed and low speed were gotten.The results show that the lubricating oil can reach to the related parts including bearing and differential by oil spoon and track both in two typical conditions, and the lubrication effects is improved, which verify the feasibility of this lubrication solution.The MPS is successfully applied to the lubrication analysis of the reducer,which provides a new method to analyze lubrication system.
