摘 要:静力加载试验是考核风机叶片静强度特性的重要手段。兆瓦级风机叶片的静力加载试验多采用多点同步逐级加载拉力的方法实现。在风机叶片的多点同步逐级加载过程中,本文设计了基于比例积分模型的自适应控制方法,该方法通过实时调整电机的转速和方向实时改变载荷拉力的变化率,不用考虑加载过程中叶片多个加载点之间的力耦合情况,实现每个加载点的载荷拉力同步、匀速稳定变化,同时保证每个加载点的加载过程相互独立,具有一定的通用性。通过对某兆瓦级风机叶片进行静力加载试验,测试结果表明,本文方法正确有效。Static loading test is an important method to check the static strength characteristics of fan blades. The static loading test of MW fan blade is done by multi-point synchronous loading method. An adaptive controlling method based on proportional integral model is designed in the process of multi-point synchronous loading of fan blade. In this method, loading force of each load point achieves synchronization, uniform stability change, and ensure the loading process of each load point are independent of each other through the adjustment of the motor speed and direction in real time, without considering the coupling force between the blade in the process of a plurality of loading points,which has a certain versatility. The test results show that the method is correct and effective through the static loading test of a MW fan blade.
