摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素(IL)-17A及其受体(R)A与巨噬细胞在肠炎、肠息肉及肠癌组织中表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学染色法分别检测15例肠炎、6例肠息肉及30例肠癌标本中IL-17A、IL-17RA表达情况及巨噬细胞浸润情况。结果IL-17A主要表达于腺细胞,单个核细胞和血管内皮细胞,也可见于部分癌细胞,IL-17A在肠炎和肠息肉表达明显高于肠癌组织(P<0.05)。IL-17RA主要表达于腺上皮,单个核细胞和血管内皮细胞,也可见于部分癌细胞,与肠癌表达相比,在肠炎及息肉中表达明显增高(P<0.05)。IL-17A及IL-17RA在肠癌中表达呈正相关(r=0.844,P=0.001)。巨噬细胞主要浸润在间质,其在肠炎、肠息肉和肠癌组织中阳性浸润密度三者之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。肠癌组织内IL-17A及IL-17RA阳性表达与巨噬细胞的浸润明显正相关(均P<0.05)。结论 IL-17A及IL-17RA可能主要由巨噬细胞分泌,与肠癌的发生发展关系密切。Objective To explore IL-17A, IL-17RA and phagocytes expression and significance in colon carcinoma, enteritis and intestinal polyps and analyze correlations between them. Methods Immunohistochemistry staining was applied to detect IL-17A, IL-17RA and phagocytes in 15 patients with enteritis, 6 patients with intestinal polyp and 30 patients with colon carcinoma. Results IL-17A mainly expressed in glandular epithelium, mononuclear cells and vascular endothelial cells as well as partial cancer cells. IL-17A expression was el- evated in enteritis and intestinal polyps compared with colon cancer （P〈0.05）. IL-17RA mainly expressed in glandular epithelium, mononu- clear cells and vascular endothelial ceils as well as partial cancer cells. Compared with colon cancer, IL-17RA expression was elevated inen- teritis and intestinal polyps （P〈0.05）. In colon tissue obvious positive correlation was found between IL-17A and IL-17RA （r=0.844 ,P= 0. 001 ）. Phagocytes mainly infiltrated in stroma, there was no obvious statistical difference among the three tissues （P〉0.05）. In colon tissue obvious positive correlation was found between IL-17A and phagocytes, IL-17RA with phagocytes（ all P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions IL-17A and IL-17RA are mainly secreted by phagocytes. Both of them participate in the occurrence and development of colon cancer.
