帕金森患者血清Aβ1-42含量与炎症因子及受体、抗氧化酶的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨帕金森患者血清中β-淀粉样蛋白1-42(Aβ1-42)含量与炎症因子及受体、抗氧化酶的相关性。方法:2014年12月~2017年10月间本院收治的帕金森病患者48例作为帕金森组,同期至本院进行体检的健康志愿者50例作为正常对照组。对比两组研究对象血清Aβ1-42含量、炎症因子及受体含量、抗氧化酶含量的差异,采用Pearson检验评估帕金森患者血清Aβ1-42含量与病情的相关关系。结果:帕金森组患者血清中Aβ1-42的含量低于正常对照组(P<0.05);血清中炎症因子及受体IL-2、sIL-2R、IL-6、sIL-6R的含量高于正常对照组(P<0.05);血清中抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-Px、CAT、TPX的含量低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson检验发现,帕金森患者血清中Aβ1-42含量与炎症因子及受体、抗氧化酶含量均直接相关。结论:帕金森患者血清中Aβ1-42含量降低,具体含量与帕金森病情直接相关,可作为帕金森病诊断及病情判断的重要辅助指标。Objective:To investigate the correlation of serumβ-amyloid 1-42(Aβ1-42)content with inflammatory factors and receptors as well as antioxidant enzymes in patients with Parkinson's Disease.Methods:48 patients with Parkinson's disease who were treated in this hospital between December 2014 and October 2017 were selected as Parkinson's disease group,and 50 healthy volunteers who received physical examination in this hospital during the same period were selected as normal control group.The differences in serum contents of Aβ1-42,inflammatory factors and receptors as well as antioxidant enzymes were compared between the two groups,and Pearson test was used to assess the correlation between serum Aβ1-42 content and illness in patients with Parkinson's disease.Results:Serum Aβ1-42 content of Parkinson's disease group was lower than that of normal control group;serum inflammatory factors and receptors IL-2,sIL-2 R,IL-6 and sIL-6 Rcontents were higher than those of normal control group;serum antioxidant enzymes SOD,GSH-Px,CAT and TPX contents were lower than those of control group.Pearson test showed that serum Aβ1-42 content of patients with Parkinson's disease was directly correlated with the contents of inflammatory factors and receptors as well as antioxidant enzymes.Conclusion:Serum Aβ1-42 content decreases in patient with Parkinson's disease,and the specific content is directly correlated with the condition of Parkinson's disease,and can be used as an important auxiliary indicator for diagnosis and judgment of Parkinson's disease.
