摘　　要：推进供给侧结构性改革是我国经济发展进入新常态下的战略选择,对于我国改善经济结构、转变发展方式具有根本性意义。然而推进这一改革也是一项重大的利益调整和系统工程,需统筹谋划,科学选择着力点和推进路径,采取一系列重大举措,为顺利实施创造良好的条件。要立足中国,立足现实,有效解决当前的突出问题,同时更要着眼于从根本上解决我国经济结构长期失衡的问题,建立起创新导向型的经济结构。Promotion of supply-side reform is the strategic choice in new normal of national economicdevelopment and is of fundamental significance to the improvement of national economic structure andtransformation of development pattern. However, as a major interest adjustment and systems engineering, it isnecessary to plan as a whole, identify appropriate focus and propulsion path, and take a series of fundamentalmeasures. An innovation-oriented economic structure should be established, based in China, based on realityand with a focus on solving the problem of the long-term imbalance of our economic structure.
