教育“托管实习”的成效与问题——基于M市D中学实践的调查研究

摘  要:通过调查、访谈以及相关材料分析等实证方法,对教育托管实习的成效、问题进行研究,发现托管模式能有效地调动基地校对待教育实习工作的积极性和主动性,实习生整体实习效果较好,但存在师范生综合素质不足,实习前期培训以及实习过程监管不到位等问题。建议高校一方面加强师范生师范技能和专业素养培养,另一方面细化实习托管协议中的指导要求,并切实采取措施建设实习基地校、强化师范生实习前的培训和实习过程中的检查督导。Through investigation, interview and related materials analysis, this paper studies the effectiveness and problems of trusteeship practice education. It turns out that the entrusted management modelcan effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of practice base schools. And the internship practiceswork well, but there are still problems like lack of comprehensive quality of normal students and of pre-training before internship and of oversight over the whole practicing period. Relevant suggestions are proposed here that normal universities should strengthen the training of normal students' teaching skills, refinethe guidance requirements of the trusteeship agreement, take measures to enhance the construction of practice base schools and intensify the training before practice and supervision during the practice process.
