开闭式充排气口盖装置技术研究

摘　　要：充排气口盖装置是实现航天器舱内外压力平衡的主要机械装置。文章提出一种有源驱动的可重复开闭式充排气口盖装置,以开闭速度快、可靠性高、刚度高、重复使用性好为目标,完成了机电一体化机械装置方案设计,并通过仿真分析与计算验证了方案的可行性与合理性。Air-bleed cover switching mechanism is a kind of pressure balance mechanism for various spacecraft between inside and outside cabins. A reusable active driving air-bleed cover switching mechanism is proposed in this paper. The advantages of this mechanism include rapid response, high stiffness, high reliability, and good reusable performance. The feasibility and rationality of the design scheme is validated through simulation analysis.
