摘 要:简述空气悬架的气囊支架在悬架系统中的作用,针对某型商用车空气悬架的气囊支架进行拓扑设计后,用有限元分析的方法,验证气囊支架的形变、应力特性及疲劳强度。此方法可对气囊支架的优化设计提供重要依据,同时也为产品轻量化设计提供了一种设计方法。The function of air bag support of air suspension in suspension system is briefly described. After topological design of air bag support for a commercial vehicle air suspension, finite element analysis method is used. The deformation, stress and fatigue strength of the gasbag support were verified. This method can provide an important basis for the optimization design of the airbag support, and also provide a design method for the lightweight design of the product.
