摘 要:目的研究微酸性电解水和强酸性电解水的杀菌效果,为消毒方法选择提供参考。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和稀释倍数法,比较两种酸性电解水的杀菌效果。结果在起始有效氯浓度相同的前提下,稀释了35倍的微酸性电解水对于大肠杆菌的杀灭率均依旧可以达到100%,而稀释了16倍的强酸性电解水对大肠杆菌的杀灭率只能达到59%。同种电解水不同处理时间对大肠杆菌杀菌效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);稀释了45倍的微酸性电解水对于金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率均依旧可以达到100%,而稀释了11倍的强酸性电解水对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率只能达到60%。同种电解水不同处理时间对金黄色葡萄球菌杀菌效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微酸性电解水和强酸性电解水均有着很强的杀菌能力,在相同的有效氯浓度下,前者的杀菌能力更强。有效氯浓度并不是酸性电解水杀菌能力的主要因素,推断其杀菌能力主要来自于其有效氯(Cl2、HCl O、Cl O-)的存在形式。Objective To investiagte and compare the disinfection effects of slightly acidic electrolyzed water( SAEW) and strongly acidic electrolyzed water( AEW) in order to provide reference for selecting suitable disinfection methods. Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal test and dilution multiple methods were used to compare the disinfection effects between SAEW and AEW. Reutlsts Under the condition of the same original available chlorine concentration,the killing rate of SAEW that was diluted 35 multiples on Escherichia coli( E. coli) could still reach 100% ,however,the killing rate of AEW that was diluted 16 multiples on E. coli could reach 59% only. There was no significant difference in the killing rate of SAEW or AEW on E. coli in different treatment time( P 0. 05). Moreover the killing rate of SAEW that was diluted 45 multiples on staphylococcus aureus could still reach 100% ,however,the killing rate of AEW that was diluted 11 multiples on staphylococcus aureus could reach 60% only. Besides there was no significant difference in the killing rate of SAEW or AEW on staphylococcus aureus in different treatment time( P 0. 05). Conclusion Both SAEW and AEW have significant bactericidal ability,however,under the condition of same available chlorine concentration,the former has more powerful bactericidal ability. The available chlorine concentration is not the main factor influencing bactericidal ability in acidic electrolyzed water,which may depend on the existence form of available chlorine( Cl2,HCl O,Cl O-).
