吉西他滨联合替吉奥治疗晚期胰腺癌的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨吉西他滨联合替吉奥治疗晚期胰腺癌与吉西他滨单药治疗胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法选取自2015年6月至2016年6月中肿瘤科收治的晚期胰腺癌患者64例作为研究对象,所有研究对象按随机数字表法均分为联合组和单药组,评价2组患者的临床疗效、毒副作用、临床收益及生存情况。结果 2组客观有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在控制率上联合组高于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组的血液学毒性、神经末梢损害发生率、皮疹发生率和恶心呕吐发生率均略高于单药组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组患者的CBR收益率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组在中位生存期、中位无进展生存时间和半年内生存率均优于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吉西他滨联合替吉奥胶囊化疗方案对晚期胰腺癌有较好的疗效,可明显改善患者的临床症状,延长患者的生存期,提高患者的生存率,改善患者的预后。Objective To investigate and compare the therapeutic effects of gemcitabine combined with tegafur or simple gemcitabine on advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods A total of 64 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were enrolled in the study. These patients were divided into two groups by means of random number table method： combination medication group and simple medication group. The clinical curative effects,toxic and side effects,clinical benefits and survival status of patients were observed and compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the objective effective rate between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. However the disease control rate was 62. 5% in combination medication group,which was significantly higher than that（ 34. 4%） in simple medication group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence rates of hematological toxicity,nerve endings damage,erythra,nausea and vomiting in combination medication group were slightly higher than those in simple medication group,however,there were no significant differences between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. The CBR rate in combination medication group was 62. 5%,which was higher than that（ 34. 2%） in simple medication group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. In addition the survival rate of patients in combination medication group was significantly higher than that in simple medication group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The gemcitabine combined with tegafur capsule chemotherapy schema has better therapeutic effects on advanced pancreatic cancer,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,prolong the survival duration,enhance survival rate and improve the prognosis of patients.
