摘 要:再制造是能够将废旧零/部件恢复其原有尺寸和性能的一项关键技术,为此针对废旧起重机臂架的再制造设计了一种利用高压水射流清洗技术,可以自适应不同曲率、高度的新型臂架清洗装置。分析了射流打击力与漆膜附着力之间的关系,研究了喷嘴射流压力及清洗器进给速度等工艺参数对污染物清洗效率的影响,验证了清洗装置的实用性,实现了将超高压水射流绿色高效清洗技术应用于臂架清洗试验。试验结果表明:该清洗装置在喷嘴直径为0.4 mm,靶距为20 mm,出口压力为180 MPa,清洗装置行走速度为0.6 m/min时能够很好地完成清洗任务并满足工程机械汽车起重机臂架再制造清洗工序要求。该清洗装置解决了工程机械臂架表面清洗难题,为后续无损检测及修复奠定了基础。Remanufacturing is a key technology to restore the original size and performance of the waste components. For this pur- pose, the remanufacturing of used car crane formulate a kind of new arm washing equipment which can adapt to different shapes of surface and different heights. The relationship between the jet striking force and the adhesion of the paint film was analyzed. The effects of the spray nozzle pressure and the feed rate of the washer on the cleaning efficiency were studied. Application of high ef- ficient washing technology with high pressure water jet to boom cleaning test. The experimental results show that the cleaning de- vice can accomplish the cleaning task well when the nozzle diameter is 0.4 mm, the target distance is 20 mm, the outlet pressure is 180 MPa, and the cleaning device travel speed is 0.6 m/min, and meets the requirements of the crane boom of construction ma- chinery. Manufacturing cleaning process requirements. This washing equipment can solve the problem of cleaning the surface of auto-crane arms, which lays the foundation for the subsequent nondestructive testing and repairing of the crane arms.
