摘  要:针对滤清盖塑件成型的需要,结合CAE分析,确定了合理的浇口位置及浇注系统;结合CAM加工的需要,改进了成型件的结构设计,降低了成型件的加工难度;在CAE/CAM分析优化的基础上,给出了塑件一模一腔侧浇口浇注的三板模CAD结构优化设计。采用UG10.0软件对主要塑件的成型件进行了数控加工程序编程,给出了主要的数控加工刀路程序。实践证明,集成CAE/CAM技术是保证模具结构设计的准确性和高效率生产,降低模具生产成本和缩短模具制造周期的重要途径。According to the requirements of the filter plastic parts forming, the reasonable gate position and pouring system were determined by computer aided engineering (CAE) analysis. Combined with the need of computer aided manufacturing (CAM) processing, the structural design of the molded parts was improved and the machining difficulty of the molded parts was reduced. On the basis of CAE/CAM analysis and optimization, the paper presented the optimum CAD structure design of three-plate mold for the plastic part by side gate pouring with one mould and one cavity. UG10. 0 software was used to program numerical control (NC) parts of main plastic parts, and the main program of NC machining tool path was given. It was proved by practice that the integration of CAE/CAM technology was an important way to ensure the accuracy and efficient production of mould structure design, reduce the cost of mould production and shorten the mould manufacturing cycle.
