摘  要:培养料栽培杏鲍菇后的菌渣再用于栽培草菇,是目前食用菌栽培基质循环利用的重要方式之一。本试验对杏鲍菇栽培前后以及草菇栽培前后的培养料进行取样分析,检测培养料中总碳、总氮、木质素和总糖含量变化。检测结果发现,杏鲍菇栽培过程,培养料含氮量从1.74%提高到1.89%,含碳量从35.83%下降到31.50%,碳氮比显著下降,木质素相对含量从26.61%降低到20.63%;杏鲍菇菌渣堆制过程中,含氮量进一步提高,达到2.21%,含碳量35.29%,碳氮比15.97%,木质素相对含量提升到33.92%;经过栽培草菇,培养料含氮量降低到1.94%,含碳量下降到29.52%,碳氮比15.24%,木质素相对含量下降到24.61%。分析表明,杏鲍菇和草菇均能高效降解木质素、纤维素和半纤维素,并能有效地提高培养料含氮量,栽培过程中对木质素的分解能力高于对纤维素、半纤维素的分解。It is one of the important models to grow Volvariella volvacea by use recycling cuhivation substrate after Pleurotus eryngii production. Before and after these two mushroom growth, the changes of carbon, nitrogen, lignin and total sugar contents in the cultivation media were analyzed respectively. Results showed that, during the P. eryngii cultivation, the nitrogen content increased from 1.74% to 1.89%, the carbon content decreased from 35.83% to 31.50%, the C/N ratio decreased, and the relative content of lignin decreased from 26.61% to 20.63%. During the P. eryngii spent substrate composting, the nitrogen content further increased by 2.21%, the carbon content was 35.29%, the C/N ratio was 15.97%, and the relative content of lignin increased by 33.92%. After straw mushroom cultivation, the nitrogen content decreased by 1.94%, the carbon content decreased by 29.52%, the C/N ratio was 15.24%, and the relative content of lignin decreased by 24.61%. Our study indicated these two mushroom were capable of degrading lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose, and they can be effectively improved the nitrogen content of culture substrate. Their lignin decomposition ability was higher than cellulose and hemicellulose decomposition during the cultivation process.
