摘　　要：传统儿童绘画教学模式使用陈旧的教学环境和方式，已经严重落后于时代步伐，不能满足网络时代教育的需求。针对这一问题，文中引入了SQLServer2005、动态网页和HITS算法等计算机和网络技术，开发出了适应网络时代教育需求的辅助儿童绘画教学系统。该系统具备符合时代潮流的新型学习和教学模式，有利于学习者增强学习能力且培养艺术素养，具有一定的参考意义。The traditional teaching mode of children＇s painting, using the old teaching environment and methods, has lagged behind the pace of the times, and can not meet the needs of education in the Internet age. In view of this problem,this paper introduces the computer and network technology of SQLServer2005, dynamic web page and HITS algorithm, and develops the teaching system of children＇s painting to meet the educational needs of the Internet age. The system has a new model of learning and teaching which is in line with the trend of the times. It is helpful for learners to enhance their learning ability and cultivate their artistic quality. It has a certain reference value.
