摘　　要：进入信息化时代以来，计算机网络技术得到了突飞猛进的发展，但其网络设计过程异常复杂，需建立相应的关系数据库。文章结合计算机网络设计需求、关系数据库技术在设计中的应用功能与原理，对具体的软硬件设计进行分析，最后结合XML语言探讨设计过程中数据库存储与转换功能的实现，以期提高计算机操作的便利性及其实际运行的稳定性与可靠性。Since entering information age, the computer network technology is continuously developed, developed, and the network design process is very complicated. Combining with the need of computer network design, the apply function and theory of relation database technology in design, the paper makes an analysis on the specific design of software and hardware. At last, it discusses the implementation of storage and transformation functions, hopes that can improve the convenience of computer operation and stability, reliability of its actual motion.
