摘　　要：为探索大学教师的素质对培养大学生独立思考能力的影响,本文以某省属高校的部分师生为调查对象,通过访谈了解教师对大学生独立思考能力培养的看法,通过问卷探寻学生对大学教师素质的看法,以此来研究影响大学生独立思考能力培养的重要因素,回答大学教师如何发挥培养大学生独立思考能力重要作用的问题,为目前高校教学改革、教师素质发展提供建议。In order to explore the impact the quality of university teachers in cultivation of college students＇ ability of independent thinking,in this paper,part teachers and students of a provincial university are selected as the research objects. Through interviews, the teachers＇ understanding of students independent thinking training is investigated. By questionnaires,the students＇ perceptions of university teachers＇ quality are collected. These data are used to explore the key factor in the cultivation of independent thinking ability of students,and answer the question of how important the university teachers affect independent thinking ability of college students.Several suggestions are provided for the current college teaching reform and the development of teachers＇ quality.
