摘 要:文章对电控机械式自动变速器AMT车辆在起步过程中的离合器控制方法进行了研究,提出了以模糊控制为根本的分层次封闭反馈的控制方法。该方法对离合器在结合中的起步开始阶段、起步加速阶段和接近同步阶段分别进行模糊封闭反馈控制。为了提高控制适时的准确度,为以上每一时间段选定了相应的控制参数,设计了科学的模糊控制规则库。在此基础上开发了基于Freescale MC9S12DT128单片机的控制系统。通过前进一档起步和前进二档起步的台架试验验证了该控制方法能够符合冲击度和滑摩功的基本要求,能够达到车辆的短时间和无冲击平稳起步。The control strategy of cultch engagement process for AMT vehicle starting stage was researched in this paper,and the control strategy of multi-stages which developed based on fuzzy-control was introduced. The initial-starting stage,starting-accelerate stage and tend to synchronous stage of clutch was controlled in fuzzy closed-loop. In order to increase thecontrol accuracy, the control parameters were optimized respectively, and a reasonable fuzzy control rule base was designed.An electronic-control system based on MC9S12DT128 microcontroller was developed. Bench test was taken on the first gearand second gear, the results show that: or the jerk and friction work of the engagement process is in allowable range, thevehicle can be started quickly and smoothly.
