整体有序而局部无序:大学治理的生态图式与内在逻辑

摘　　要：整体有序而局部无序是动态平衡生态系统的常态,其中局部无序孕生整体有序,整体有序主导局部无序;整体有序维持系统的聚合和稳定,局部无序确保系统的离散和变化。整体有序而局部无序是大学持续稳定健康发展的基石,是大学治理的生态图式和内在原则,是高等教育治理现代化和建设高等教育强国的基本逻辑。大学治理必须遵循整体有序而局部无序的生态规律,确保大学的整体有序与局部无序"耦合共生"、整体运动与独立运动"并行不悖"、统一行动与自主行动"相反相成"。General order and partial disorder are the normal state of the dynamic ecosystem with homeostasis, where partial disorder brings out general order while general order leads the partial order. General order keeps the polymerization and stability of the system and the partial disorder ensures its dispersion and change. General order and partial disorder, as the solid bases for the sustainable and healthy development of universities, is the ecological scheme and immanent logic of university governance. And it is the basic logic of higher education modernization and higher education powerful nation. Ecological rules of general order and partial disorder should be followed during university governance to ensure the integration of them, to ensure the harmony of overall and independent activities, and to ensure the opposite and complementary of unified and independent movement.
