西黄胶囊联合西医治疗恶性肿瘤并发肺部感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察西黄胶囊辅助治疗恶性肿瘤合并肺部感染的疗效。方法：65例恶性肿瘤并发肺部感染的病人,随机分为实验组33例,对照组32例。对照组采用抗生素,化痰,营养支持,必要时应用糖皮质激素。实验组在对照组治疗基础上,口服西黄胶囊。7 d以后评价疗效,并测定炎症指标降钙素原（PCT）,C-反应蛋白（CRP）值的变化,以及纤维蛋白原降解产物（FDP）、D-二聚体（D-D）的水平。结果：实验组总有效率（81.8%）明显高于对照组（62.5%）,差异有统计学意义。实验组体温恢复正常时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组肺部罗音和影像学检查恢复正常时间明显短于对照组。差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组PCT,CRP测定值治疗后均有下降,实验组下降更为明显,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组FDP,D-D测定值治疗后均有下降,实验组下降更为明显,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：西黄胶囊联合西医治疗恶性肿瘤并发肺部感染安全有效,优于单纯西医治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Xihuang Capsule on pulmonary infection in malignant tumors.Methods： A total of 65 malignant tumor patients with pulmonary infection were divided into control group and treatment group,32 cases for treatment group and 32 cases for control group. Control group was given antibiotics and conventional treatment. Treatment group added Xihuang Capsule with antibiotics and conventional treatment. Inflammatory markers procalcitonin（ PCT）,C-reactive protein（ CRP） and fibrinogen degradation products（ FDP） and D-dimer（ D-D）levels were determined after one week. The efficacies were evaluated. Results： The effective rate of treatment group was 81. 8% while control group’s was 62. 5%. The difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the body temperature,pulmonary rales,the blood routine test and lung imaging of treatment group were back to normal sooner and these were statistically sifnificant（ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,both groups showed lower expressions of CRP and PCT in serum（ P 〈 0. 05） and the results of treatment group were better than that of control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Both groups showed lower expressions of FDP and D-D in serum（ P 〈 0. 05） and the results of treatment group were better than that of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： Xihuang Capsule combined with Western medicine treatment is safe and effective,better than Western conventional treatment for pulmonary infection in malignant tumors.
