解析小柴胡汤“和法”调节自身免疫性疾病机制

摘　　要：小柴胡汤是和解少阳的代表方剂,为和里解表、表里两解之剂。痹证发生、发展受情志失和影响。小柴胡汤＂和法＂调理气机,调整阴阳治疗痹证。现代药理研究,小柴胡汤对T细胞、B细胞、NK细胞及免疫相关细胞因子均有一定作用,对机体的免疫功能具有双向调节作用,对类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮等风湿免疫病有治疗作用,为进一步深入研究小柴胡汤治疗自身免疫性疾病机制提供理论支持。Xiaochaihu Decoction is a representative prescription for harmonizing Shaoyang,harmonizing the internal and the external and removing external pathogenic factors. The ccurrence and development of Bi-syndrome is affected by emotional disorder. Xiaochaihu Decoction can harmonize tonify Qi activity and adjust Yin and Yang to treat Bi-syndrome. On modern pharmacological research,Xiaochaihu Decoction has certain effect on T cells,B cells,NK cells and immune related cytokines,a two-way adjustment effect on the body’s immune system function,and has a therapeutic effect for rheumatic autoimmune disease such as rheumatoid arthritis,systemic lupus erythematosus（ sle）,ect,providing the theoretical supportment for further in-depth study of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of autoimmune disease mechanism.
