电针联合疏肝健脾活血方治疗代谢综合征的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的：探索电针联合疏肝健脾活血方治疗代谢综合征（MS）的临床疗效。方法：随机选取94例MS患者纳入临床研究,根据其就诊时间进行编号后分组,其中单号47例为对照组,采取基础治疗,双号47例为观察组,于对照组治疗方案基础上采用电针联合疏肝健脾活血方治疗,分析对比其临床治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗有效率89.36%,较对照组70.21%明显增加,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=7.46,P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后血糖指标FBG（7.48±0.80）mmol/L、PBG（8.40±0.79）mmol/L,血压指标SBP（122.65±6.54）、DBP（75.32±3.87）与治疗前比较均明显减少（t=7.76,8.04,7.65,7.50,P〈0.05）,且与对照组差异有统计学意义（t=7.04,7.61,6.88,6.50,P〈0.05）。观察组患者治疗后血脂指标TC（4.56±0.58）mmol/L、TG（1.68±0.28）mmol/L及WC（85.23±1.67）cm、BMI（24.54±1.65）kg/m^2,与治疗前比较均明显减少（t=7.69,7.88,7.20,6.87,P〈0.05）,且与对照组差异有统计学意义（t=6.87,7.31,6.52,6.33,P〈0.05）。结论：电针联合疏肝健脾活血方治疗MS临床疗效显著,能降低血压、调节糖脂代谢、减轻体质量、改善临床症状,值得临床推广、应用。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with Shugan Jianpi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of metabolic syndrome. Methods： A total of 94 cases with MS were randomly selected in clinical research,grouping according to the number of the visiting hours. Among them,47 patients of odd numbers were in the control group and given the basic treatment. The remaining 47 cases of even numbers were in the observation group and given electro acupuncture combined with Shugan Jianpi Huoxue Decoction on the based of the control group. We analyzed and compared the clinical treatment effect. Results： The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 89. 36%,which was significantly increased compared with 70. 21% in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ χ~2= 7. 46,P 〈 0. 05）. Blood lipid indexes like TC,TG,WC and BMI after treatment of the observation group were（ 4. 56 ± 0. 58）mmol/L,（1. 68 ± 0. 28） mmol/L,（ 85. 23 ± 1. 67） cm and（ 24. 54 ± 1. 65） kg/m^2,which were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment（ t = 7. 69,7. 88,7. 20,6. 87,P 〈 0. 05） and there was significant difference compared with those of the control group（ t = 6. 87,7. 31,6. 52,6. 33,P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Electroacupuncture combined with Shugan Jianpi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of MS has statistically clinical effect and can reduce blood pressure,regulate glucose and lipid metabolism,reduce weight and improve clinical symptoms.
