胃苏颗粒联合幽门螺杆菌根除治疗的应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨胃苏颗粒联合幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除治疗的效果。方法 182例确诊为Hp感染的患者,随机分为观察组(90例)和对照组(92例)。观察组在接受Hp根除治疗的同时予以胃苏颗粒,对照组仅予以Hp根除治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的83.70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Hp根除率为94.44%,高于对照组的84.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行Hp根除治疗的同时予以胃苏颗粒,能明显提高Hp感染患者的临床疗效,Hp根除率也明显提高,值得推广。Objective To discuss the effect of Weisu granules combined with Helicobacter pylori（Hp） eradication therapy. Methods A total of 182 confirmed Hp infection patients were randomly divided into observation group（90 cases） and control group（92 cases）. The observation group received Hp eradication therapy and Weisu granules, and the control group received Hp eradication therapy. The treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results The observation group had higher total effective rate of clinical treatment as 93.33% than 83.70% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had higher Hp eradication rate as 94.44% than 84.78% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Hp eradication therapy and Weisu granules can obviously improve the clinical efficacy of Hp infection patients, along with Hp eradication rate. It is worthy of promotion.
