摘 要:为进一步提高循环流化床锅炉的负荷跟踪能力,适应煤质变化,提出了一种具有煤质校正功能的循环流化床锅炉新型协调控制方法.该方法把一次风量引入协调控制中作为新的控制量,以便充分利用床料中的未燃尽碳,提高负荷跟踪能力;同时为应对循环流化床锅炉的大迟延和强耦合特性,采用基于扩增状态空间模型的多变量预测控制算法设计控制器;最后基于扰动观测器设计了煤质在线校正环节.结果表明:与常规控制方案相比,该方法可以显著提高机组的负荷跟踪和适应煤质变化的能力.To improve the load-following capability and the coal-quality applicability of a circulating fluid- ized bed boiler (CFBB), a new coordinated control method was proposed based on coal-quality correction, which takes the primary air as another new control variable into the coordinated control, so as to make full use of the unburned carbon in bed, thus improving the load-following capability of the CFBB. Simultane- ously, a multivariable predictive controller was designed based on augmented state space model to deal with the CFBB's characteristics, such as time-delay and strong coupling, etc. Finally, an improved strategy for online coal-quality correction was provided based on the disturbance observer. Results show that compared with conventional control scheme, the method proposed can significantly improve the load-following eapa- bility and the coal-quality applicability.
