摘 要:文章针对易逝品的特点,将单一制造商和单一零售商组成的供应链系统作为研究对象,通过改进收益共享契约,建立了允许紧急订购的两阶段易逝品供应链模型,探讨了协调该易逝品供应链的条件。并通过数值算例讨论了短缺量延期供给率与零售商最优订购量的关系,表明短缺量延期供给可以提高易逝品供应链的总体绩效,且能够有效削弱“双重边际化效应”。Aiming at the characteristics of perishable products, this paper firstly takes the supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer as the research objects to establish a supply chain coordination model for two-stage perishable prod- ucts of permitted emergency order through the improved revenue-sharing contract. And then the paper deals with the conditions to coordinate the supply chain for perishable products. Finally through numerical examples the paper discusses the relationship of the shortage postponed supply rate and the retailer's optimal order quantity, which indicates that the shortage postponed supplies improve the overall performance of the supply chain for perishable products and also effectively reduce the "double marginaliza- tion effect".
