摘 要:目的探究高温高湿极端环境对Wistar大鼠血液生化指标和各脏器病理损伤的影响。方法将12只/组的Wistar大鼠分别暴露于30℃、32℃、34℃和36℃的极端高湿环境[RH=(95±2)%]中72 h,观察生存情况以筛选适宜的研究温度。将26只Wistar大鼠随机分为高温高湿组和常温常湿对照组,每组13只,分别暴露于[RH=(95±2)%/T=(34±0.5)℃]和[RH=(50±2)%/T=(25±0.5)℃]环境中,46 h后采集存活大鼠血液标本测定生化指标,收集组织标本进行病理检测。结果 Wistar大鼠在极端高湿[RH=(95±2)%]条件下暴露72 h后,36℃和34℃组的死亡率分别达到100%和83%,均显著高于30℃和32℃组(P<0.05);高温高湿组大鼠血钾(K+)和缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)水平[分别为(4.56±0.75)mmol/L、(74.43±7.33)U/mL]均显著低于常温常湿对照组[分别为(6.14±1.05)mmol/L、(83.70±0.22)U/mL](P<0.05);总胆红素(TBIL)和肌酐(CREA)水平[分别为(0.63±0.11)、(23.50±1.73)μmol/L]均显著高于对照组[分别为(1.18±0.26)、(33.00±8.39)μmol/L](P<0.05);其它生化指标无显著差异(P>0.05);心脏、肺、肾和肠组织出现病理性损伤,主要表现为间质水肿和炎性细胞侵润。结论高温高湿极端环境暴露对Wistar大鼠心、肺、肾、肠等主要脏器造成了一定的损害,导致相应血生化和病理指标改变。Objective To explore the impact of hyperthermia and high - humidity environment on blood biochemical indexes and on pathological changes of organs in Wistar rats. Methods Wistar rats divided into 4 groups according to the environment temperature set at 30℃ , 32℃ , 34℃ and 36℃ respectively, 12 in each, were kept exposed to an extreme high -humidity [ RH = (95±2) % ] for 72 hours and survival observation was made so as to search out the right temperature suitable for research; 26 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: hyperthermia and high- humidity group and normal temperature and humidity control group, 13 in each, the rats in the 2 groups were exposed to the environment of [RH=(95±2)% /T=(34±0.5)℃] and that of [RH=(50+2)% / T=(25±0.5)℃ ] respectively for 46 hours and then blood and tissues were taken from the survival rats for biochemical index detection and pathological study. Results The death rates of Wistar rats in 36℃ group and in 34 ℃ group after being exposed to extreme high-humidity [ RH = (95± )% ] for 72 hours were 100% and 83% respectively, both were much higher than those in 30℃ group and 32℃group (P 〈 0. 05) ; the potassium ion (K+) and ischemia modified albumin (IMA) level of rats in hyperthermia and high - humidity group decreased much more than those of rats in nor-maltemperature and humidity control group [(6.14±1.05) vs (4.56±0.75) mmol/L] [(83.70±0.22) vs (74.43±7.33) U/roLl (P 〈0. 05) ,while the levels of total bilirubin (TBIL) and creatinine (CREA) increased more obviously [(0.63±0.11) vs (1.18±0.26) Ixmol/Ll [(23.50±1.73) vs (33.00±8.39) Ixmol/Ll (P 〈 0. 05) , there existed no statistical difference among other biochemical indexes (P 〉 0. 05) ; pathological lesions were found in heart, lung, kidney and intestine with the main manifestation of interstitial edema and inflammatory cell inva- sion.
