摘　　要：目的:探讨精索脂肪肉瘤的特点、诊断、治疗及预后。方法:报告1例精索硬化性脂肪肉瘤,行左侧阴囊探查+左侧睾丸根治性切除术,术后病理诊断左侧精索硬化性脂肪肉瘤。结果:随访16个月,患者左侧阴囊内未见异常,右侧睾丸正常,无复发表现。结论:原发性精索硬化性脂肪肉瘤为一种恶性肿瘤,且临床罕见,术前诊断困难,治疗应以手术切除为主的综合治疗并密切随访,故提高临床医师对该病的认识,对治疗该病具有重要意义。Objective：To explore the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of liposarcoma of spermatic cord and method.Methods：The clinical data of one patient with liposarcoma of the spermatic cord was reviewed retrospectively in combination with related literature.And discuss its clinical diagnosis and treatment.Results：The patient underwent radical resection of the left testis,and the pathological diagnosis of the left liposarcoma of spermatic cord was performed.There was no recurrence after follow-up in October.Conclusion：Liposarcoma of the spermatic cord is rare.It is therefore difficult to establish the guidelines for treatment,diagnosis and prognosis.Radical orchiectomy with ligation of the spermatic cord at the internal inguinal ring is the recommended therapy,while adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy may be considered.
