摘　　要：近年来中国结直肠外科得益于非常好的发展机遇，无论是在临床实践还是临床研究方面，都获得快速发展。例如．规范化诊断与治疗开始逐渐普及，标准化腹腔镜结直肠手术得以推广，结直肠外科新技术得到快速发展。然而．结直肠外科领域尚存在诸多挑战，尤其是临床研究方面，亟待全面加强。因此，提高中国结直肠癌综合诊断与治疗的规范化水平及手术治疗的标准化程度，并在此基础上开展基于中国患者的临床研究，仍将是中国结直肠外科今后很长一段时间内的首要任务。In recent years, there has been a very good opportunity for the development of eolorectal surgery in China. It has developed rapidly, both in clinical practice and clinical research. For example, normalized diagnosis and treatment is becoming commonplace, standardized laparoscopie colorectal surgery has been promoted, and the surgical technique has been developing rapidly. However, there are many challenges in the field of colorectal surgery, especially in clinical research, which needs to be strengthened in an all-round way. Therefore, improving the level of standardization of the diagnosis and treatment, and carrying out the clinical research, will remain the primary task of colorectal surgery in China for a long time.
