摘　　要：应用热力学特性函数、齐次函数定理和勒让德变换等概念和方法从理论上探讨了热力学公式-RTlnKC^Ф=△rGm^Ф（T，c^Ф）在推导和应用方面的问题。严格的数学论证表明该式是背离热力学原理的，它近似地适用于液相，但应用于气相则可能产生较大偏差。With the concepts of characteristic function, zero order homogeneous function,Legendre transformation, deduction and application problems of the thermodynamic equation -RTlnKC^Ф=△rGm^Ф（T,c^Ф） were discussed theoretically in detail. Strict mathematical treatment shows that this widely cited equation is actually inconsistent with thermodynamic principles- it can be approximately applied to liquid phase and would lead to very large deviation for systems of gas.
