摘　　要：目的探究越鞠丸配合熊去氧胆酸治疗肝气犯胃型胆汁反流性胃炎疗效及对血浆胃动素(MTL)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)的影响。方法将102例肝气犯胃型胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为2组,对照组51例应用熊去氧胆酸治疗,研究组51例应用越鞠丸配合熊去氧胆酸治疗,2组均连续治疗4周。比较2组治疗后临床疗效,记录2组治疗前后临床症状评分和生活质量评分,统计2组治疗前后胃酸分泌量和胃液胆酸量,检测2组治疗前后血浆MTL和VIP水平。结果治疗后,研究组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组临床症状评分、生活质量评分、胃酸分泌量和胃液胆酸量均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0.05),且研究组均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组MTL均较治疗前显著升高(P均<0.05)、VIP均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0.05),且研究组血浆MTL显著高于对照组(P<0.05)、VIP显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论越鞠丸配合熊去氧胆酸治疗肝气犯胃型胆汁反流性胃炎,可明显改善血浆MTL和VIP水平,疗效显著。Objective It is to explore the effect of Yueju pill combined with ursodeoxycholic acid on bile reflux gastritis with syndrome of liver Qi invading the stomach and influence on plasma motilin （MTL） , vasoactive intestinal peptide （ VIP）. Methods 102 patients with bile reflux gastritis with syndrome of liver Qi invading the stomach were randomly divid- ed into 2 groups, the control group （n = 51 ） was treated with ursodeoxycholie acid, the study group （ n = 51 ） was treated with Yueju pill combined with ursodeoxyeholic acid. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical curative effects after treatment were compared, the scores of clinical symptom and quality of life were recorded, while gastric acid secretion and cholic acid in gastric juice, the levels of plasma MTL and VIP were determined before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the scores of clinical symptom and quality of life, gastric acid secretion and eholie acid in gastric juice were significantly reduced in both groups（P 〈0. 05） , and the decrease in the study group was more significant than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the level of MTL was significantly increased while that of VIP was decreased compared with that before treatment in both groups（P 〈 0.05 ） , and the level of VIP was significantly lower while that of MTL was higher in the study group than that in the control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yueju pill combined with ursodeoxycholic acid can obviously improve the levels of plasma MTL and VIP in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis with syndrome of liver Qi invading the stomach, the curative effect is remarkable.
