摘　　要：肿瘤发生的问题始终没有明确答案,现有的资料提示肿瘤发生的理论模式包括微驱动基因突变、蛋白质失衡、中心体扩增、线粒体衰竭、干细胞分裂、体细胞进化、基质衰老、区域癌化、肿瘤传染、神经依赖、大爆炸模型和细胞行为异常等。理解肿瘤发生的理论模式为寻找新的肿瘤治疗策略提供了理论指导。The origins of cancer are far from being well understood.The current models of tumorigenesis include mini-driver mutations,proteins imbalance,centrosome amplification,mitochondrial dysfunction,stem division,cancer evolution,stromal senescence,field cancerization,cancer infectivity,nerve dependence,＂big bang＂ model and abnormal cellular behaviors.Understanding these cancer models may hold implications for cancer therapy.
