集束化护理干预对鼻咽癌调强放疗患者自我管理效能的改善

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理干预运用于鼻咽癌调强放疗患者对营养状况及自我管理能力的改善效果。方法将2014年10月~2016年10月收治的鼻咽癌行调强放疗患者124例,按数字随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组各62例。对照组:实施常规护理干预;观察组:实施集束化护理干预。对比分析两组护理前后营养状况、自我管理能力和护理满意度情况。结果观察组行集束化护理干预后体质量、BMI、Hb、PA、ALB指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。自我减压、自我决策、正性态度和自我管理能力总分观察组均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理满意度也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预运用于鼻咽癌调强放疗可明显改善患者营养状况,提高患者自我管理能力和护理满意度,可在临床推广应用。Objective To study self efficacy of cluster nursing intervention for patients with nasopharyngeal carci- noma undergoing intensity--modulated radiotherapy. Methods From October 2014 to October 2016, 124 patients with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention. The observation group was treated with cluster nursing interven- tion. The nutritional status, self-management ability and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were analyzed. Re- sults The body weight, BMI, Hb, PA and ALB of the observation group were better than those of the control group （P %0.05）. The total scores of self-decompression, self-decision, positive attitude and self-management ability of the obser- vation group were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was superior to the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The cluster nursing intervention can improve the nutrition sta- tus, the self-management ability and the nursing satisfaction of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with concurrent radio- therapy.
