摘　　要：基于国内外限幅单片在VHF频段无法实现kW级别的现实,给出了一种采用混合集成电路工艺,在VHF频段达到1 200W的新型吸收式限幅器设计,阐述了该限幅器的工作原理和电路设计,采用双半有源式限幅电路,高功率移相网络将四节限幅电路一体化集成。测试结果表明,限幅器工作频率为50 MHz^75 MHz,限幅功率为1 200 W(脉宽3ms,30%占空比),小信号插损小于0.3dB,驻波比小于1.3,限幅输出功率小于15dBm,恢复时间小于10s。该限幅器外形尺寸为44mm×25mm×12mm。技术指标满足设计要求。Based on the reality of domestic and foreign limiting monolithic with kW level can not be achieved in very high frequency （VHF） band,this paper give a novel design for 1 200 W absorption limiter in VHF band by using hybrid integrated circuit technics, expatiates the working principle and circuit design of this limiter, adopts dual semi-active limiter circuits,integrates the four-stage limiter circuits through high power phase shift network. Test results show that the working frequency range of the limiter is 50 MHz-75 MHz,limiting power is 1 200 W （pulse width is 3 ms, duty cycle is 30%） ,the small signal insert loss is less than 0.3 dB,standing-wave ratio is less than 1.3,the limited output power is less than 15 dBm,the recovery time is less than 10 s. The limiter shape size is 44 mm× 25 mm× 12 mm. The technical specifications meet design requirements.
