需求导向与上海大学生职业发展教育的实施

摘　　要：大学生职业发展教育是政府和高校促进大学生充分就业和全面发展的一项重要举措,本文从需求导向的视角来解读当前大学生职业发展教育面临的一系列复杂问题。在对上海高校调研的基础上,对大学生职业发展教育现状进行深入分析,发现大学生职业发展教育体系建设未能充分体现各方主体需求、高校开展大学生职业发展教育缺乏特色和层次性、大学生职业发展教育内容方法手段比较单一、师资队伍良莠不齐等问题。由此提出需求导向视角的大学生职业发展教育实施路径,以提升大学生职业发展教育的针对性和有效性。The education of university students＇ career development is an important measure for the government and universities to promote the full employment and overall development of the students.This paper tries to analyze a series of complex problems existing in current university students＇ career development education from the perspective of demand-oriented.On the basis of the investigation in the universities in Shanghai,we carry out deep analysis on university students ＇ career development education and find out the following problems： the construction of university students＇ career education system fails to fully reflect the demand of the main parties; the running of university students ＇ career education is lack of characteristics and hierarchy; the content and the teaching method of university students＇ career education are rather simple; the ability of teaching staff is uneven.Therefore,we put forward an implementation path for university students＇ career education so as to improve its pertinence and effectiveness.
