不同病原体脑膜炎脑脊液特征及头颅能谱CT诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探究不同病原体脑膜炎脑脊液特征,并分析其头颅能谱CT表现,为病原体脑膜炎的诊断和治疗提供有效依据。方法:选取我院2014年6月-2016年12月收治的130例不同病原体脑膜炎患者,分析其脑脊液特征和头颅能谱CT表现。结果:不同病原体脑膜炎患者脑脊液血常规白细胞计数、脑脊液细胞数、血清CRP及脑脊液蛋白水平比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑脊液常规及生化检查发现,不同病原体脑膜炎患者脑脊液免疫球蛋白(Ig A、Ig G、Ig M)水平比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同病原体脑膜炎能谱CT扫描阳性率及阳性表现差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同病原体脑膜炎患者脑脊液特征和头颅能谱CT各有差异,通过脑脊液常规和免疫球蛋白检查以及头颅能谱CT扫描为脑膜炎的诊断提供了重要的依据,具有很好的临床参考价值。Objective： To explore the cerebrospinal fluid characteristics in meningitis of different pathogen, and ana- lyze its cranial energy spectrum CT features, so as to provide an effective basis for the diagnosis and treatment of pathogens meningitis. Methods： 130 patients with meningitis of different pathogens who had received treatment in our hospital between June 2014 and December 2016 were selected. The cerebrospinal fluid characteristics and cranial energy spectrum CT findings were analyzed. Results： The comparison of eerebrospinal fluid blood routine test white blood cell count, cerebrospinal fluid cell population, serum CPR and cerebrospinal fluid protein level of patients with meningitis of different pathogens showed sta- tistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05） ; cerebrospinal fluid routine and biochemistry examinations found that, the cerebro- spinal fluid immunoglobulin protein （IgA, IgG and IgM） in patients with meningitis of different pathogens were shown to be statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the differences in positive rate of energy spectrum CT scan and positive findings in patients with meningitis of different the pathogens were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： For patients with meningitis of different pathogens, the cerebrospinal fluid characteristics and cranial energy spectrum CT findings were differ- ent, and through cerebrospinal fluid routine and immunoglobulin protein examinations and cranial energy spectrum CT scanning can provide important evidence for the diagnosis and it is with significant reference value in clinical practice.
