摘 要:鱼粉是饲料中不可或缺的优质动物蛋白源,蛋白质含量高且品质优良,富含多种微量促生长成分。我国鱼粉主要依靠进口,且价格昂贵,长时间大比例使用会对养殖生产者造成沉重的压力,寻找可替代资源就成为一个亟待解决的问题。目前,生产中的鱼粉替代品主要围绕豆粕、大豆浓缩蛋白、棉籽蛋白等与鱼粉具有类似特点的优质蛋白原料开展研究,并取得初步成效。文章主要就鱼粉替代品的开发与应用研究做一综述,为新型蛋白原料的评价与利用提供参考。Fish meal is an indispensable high quality animal protein source in feed, which have high protein content and good quality, rich in a variety of micro-growth-promoting ingredients. China's fish meal mainly rely on import,and the price is very high,a large proportion of long-term use will cause heavy pressure on farming producers, to find alternative resources has become an urgent problem to be solved. At present,the research about fish meal substitutes in production mainly around some high qual- ity protein materials, which have similar characteristics with fish meal,such as soybean meal, soy pro- tein concentrate, cottonseed protein, and achieved initial results. In this paper, the development and application of fish meal substitutes are reviewed, which can provide reference for the evaluation and utilization of new protein materials.
