摘 要:以背角无齿蚌(Anodonta woodiana)为受试生物,在实验室模拟条件下研究了环境浓度Cd^(2+)对其鳃组织与内脏团抗氧化防御系统的影响。结果表明:在不同质量浓度Cd^(2+)暴露下,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)活性随暴露时间延长具有类似的变化趋势,均表现为低质量浓度诱导、中质量浓度诱导-抑制、高质量浓度抑制的变化趋势;鳃组织中过氧化氢酶(CAT)与GPx具有一定的互补性,但均与SOD间相对独立;丙二醛(MDA)含量随暴露质量浓度增加及暴露时间延长而不断上升;鳃组织与内脏团抗氧化酶活性变化具有明显的时间-效应与剂量-效应关系。整合生物标志物响应(IBR)分析结果表明:Cd^(2+)质量浓度越高,各组织IBR值越大,造成的损伤越大;其中,内脏团抗氧化酶较鳃组织敏感,损伤程度大于鳃组织;Cd^(2+)暴露短时间内各组织IBR值与Cd^(2+)质量浓度间具有较好的相关性,鳃组织决定系数高于内脏团。This study is to present the results of its laboratory investigation of the effects of different environmental concentrations of Cd ions( Cd^(2+)) on the activities of antioxidant enzymes and degree of the lipid peroxidation in the gill and visceral tissues of Anodonta woodiana under the simulated conditions. And, in turn,we have managed to safely deduce the following conclusions from the results of the said study. As a matter of fact,the activities of superoxide dismutase( SOD) and glutathione peroxidase( GPx) are similar in variation trends to the prolongation of enrichment time when exposed to the different concentrations of Cd^(2+). The change of SOD and GPx activities tends to show the following trends: that is,such activities are inclined to be induced at the lower concentrations of Cd^(2+),but induced-inhibited at the medium concentrations,and then inhibited at higher concentrations,when they are exposed for longer hours. In the gill tissues,the activities of catalase( CAT) and GPx tend to be complementary for each other to a certain extent,while they behave all relatively independent of the activity of SOD. What is more,the content concentrations of the malondialdehyde( MDA) tend to increase continuously with the increase of the exposure concentration and enrichment time of Cd^(2+). However,in general,the results of our simulated study indicate that the changes of antioxidant enzyme activities in the gill and visceral tissues of Anodonta woodiana reveal noticeable relationship between the time-effect and the dose-effect. The results of the integrated biomarker responses( IBR) assessment suggest that,the higher the concentration of Cd^(2+),the greater the IBR value of each tissue,and,in turn,the greater the damage would be caused in each tissue. In addition,the activities of the anti-oxidation enzyme in the visceral tissues seem to be more sensitive than those in the gill tissues.Therefore,among them,the IBR volume of the visceral tissues turns out to
