烤瓷贴面在前牙美学修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨烤瓷贴面在前牙美学修复中的应用效果。方法:收集2015年8月至2017年8月收治的接受前牙美学瓷贴面修复的160例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组80例,观察组采用VITA烤瓷贴面美学修复,对照组采用IPS e.max Press铸瓷贴面美学修复,比较两组美学修复的整体满意率、贴面的完整性及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者美学修复的整体满意率为97.50%,高于对照组的88.75%(χ~2=4.783,P=0.029);观察组患者烤瓷贴面的完整性为97.50%(78/80),对照组患者铸瓷贴面的完整性为96.25%(77/80),两组患者并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.206,P=0.650);观察组患者并发症发生率为1.25%,对照组患者为2.50%,两组患者并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.340,P=0.560)。结论:在前牙美学修复中,采用烤瓷贴面与铸瓷贴面均能够获得较好的前牙美容修复效果,但烤瓷贴面患者的满意度较高,在实际应用中也应考虑患者的因素,选择合适的修复方法。Objective： To investigate the application effect of porcelain veneer in aesthetic repair of anterior teeth. Methods： 160 cases of patients who received the aesthetic repair of anterior teeth in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 80 ca- ses in each group. The study group was treated with VITA porcelain veneer aesthetic repair, and the control group adopted IPS e. max Press cast porcelain veneers. The overall satisfaction rate, integrity and complications were compared between the two groups. Results：The overall satisfaction rate of aesthetic repair in the study group was 97.50 %, higher than that in the control group （88.75 % ） （ X^2=4. 783, P =0.029）. The integrity of porcelain veneers in the study group was 97.50 % （78/80）, the integrity of the east porcelain veneers in the control group was 96. 25 % （77/80）, and there was no significant difference（X^2 =0. 206, P =0. 650）. The complication rate was 1.25 % in the study group and 2.50% in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant （ X^2 = 0. 340, P = 0. 560）. Conclusion ： In the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth, porcelain veneers and cast porcelain veneers can achieve better cosmetic results, but the satisfaction of porce- lain veneers is higher. In the actual application, we should also consider the factors of patients when choosing the appropriate methods.
