摘　　要：针对历代医家以"阴虚盗汗"作为《兰室秘藏》所载"当归六黄汤"主治病机的论述提出商榷,以阴虚内热非自汗、盗汗之惟一病机,当归六黄汤非仅治盗汗证为论点,通过详细分析《兰室秘藏》《脾胃论》所载"当归六黄汤"相关条文原意,探求李东垣立方之旨,提出当归六黄汤所治病证应为湿热内蕴三焦,热更盛而湿不著,湿热蕴蒸,伤阴津而未耗肾液之汗出异常症。"湿热阴伤,汗出异常"才是"当归六黄汤"主治疾病的基本病机。The article discusses ＂night sweat due to Yin deficiency ＂as the main pathogenesis of ＂Danggui Lliuhuang Decoction＂ , On the Basis of Yin deficiency is not only the pathugenesis of night sweats, Danggui Lliuhuang Decoction not only treatment for night sweats and detailed analysis of related provisions of ＂Lanshi Micang ＂and ＂Piwei Lun＂. The article makes a point that Danggui Liuhuang Decoction treatment of the abnormal sweating disease should be the damp-heat intrinsic in Tri-jiao and heat more strong and damp stabilizing, consumption of Yin fluid and not depletion of the kidney fluid. The basic pathogensis of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction is that accumulation of damp-heat and Yin fluid injury caused abnormal sweating.
